ITSA Meetings for Fall Quarter 2010-11

ITSA meetings have been scheduled! If you'd like to get involved with ITSA, either shoot us an email, or attend one of the meetings! Read below for more details regarding meetings.
I'd like to get ITSA meetings started ASAP. When looking at everyone's schedules, I've decided to hold meetings at 4:30PM on Monday afternoons in the CEAS Student Lounge (2nd floor - CEAS Science Building). This is on the Victory Parkway campus. That time, by far, was the time when most people could attend.
I've created a google calendar event for your convenience, click here to add it.
THAT TIME DOESN'T WORK FOR ME! HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE!???!?!?
That's a great question, theoretical person. ITSA's goal is to promote technology to all who are interested. That said, we'll be using all kinds of platforms to do ITSA business/events/projects ONLINE, and across the university. You do NOT have to go to meetings to contribute. Meetings are simply a way of keeping in touch with those that can attend, and it allows us to do things a little more quickly. However, like I said, we have several ways of keeping in touch that require only an internet connection. Here's a list!
Our website - http://uc-itsa.org/
Our NEW forum site (bulletin board website) - http://forum.uc-itsa.org/
Our twitter account - http://twitter.com/ucitsa
Our facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/ucitsa
We also try our best to include the ability to join in our meetings via Skype. If you have a computer and a headset, you can join in to meetings by emailing us and letting me know you wish to do so, and I'll add you to a conference when the meeting begins.
I'm excited for what this year will hold! I hope every one of you can contribute, as we'll definitely benefit from the community of nerds (its a good thing I promise) we have going on. I'll see you guys next week!
